AI Image Check
See whether an image says it was made or edited by AI: its Content Credentials (C2PA), checked, its IPTC metadata and the traces of AI generators, without uploading it
Content Credentials are checked by the C2PA's own reader, on your device. It is downloaded with the first image (9 MB), then kept by your browser.

What was checked
Unlike Content Credentials, these aren't signed: anyone can write them, change them or remove them.
This reads what an image says about where it comes from, and checks the signature when it has one. It doesn't look at the pixels: no software can tell an AI image from a photo reliably. Most sites and apps remove metadata from the images they show (social networks, messaging apps, a screenshot too), so an image saying nothing proves nothing, and AI generators that sign their images, such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly or Google's, are only some of them.
