Draw a Secret Santa that keeps couples and exclusions apart, then pass the device around: each person sees only their own pick

Participants
One person per line. People on the same line, separated by commas (a couple, a family), don’t draw each other.
One per line. Alice > Bob: Alice doesn’t give to Bob (last year’s pick…). Chloé <> David: neither gives to the other.
Two people never give to each other.
Everyone in one loop: Alice gives to Bob, who gives to David… and the last one to Alice, so the gifts can be opened one after the other.
